Photographed at Wishaw (NS75) on 28th August 2009. I think this one is only pretending to be a hoverfly - there is no sign of a 'false margin' on the wings.

Hoverfly: Eupeodes sp?
This Hoverfly seen at Wishaw (NS75) on 7th August 2009.
I think it might be either Eupeodes luniger or E. corollae but I'm not sure.
